The East and West Banqueting Halls are relics of the lost Jacobean Mansion of Old Campden House. Gabled, ashlar, with finials, strapwork parapets and twisted chimneys, these pavilions originally stood at either end of a terrace in front of this magnificent "prodigy house". This one is the East Banqueting hall, which was restored in 1989 by Rodney Melville Associates. It, and its neighbour, are now owned by the Landmark Trust, which holds open days here eight times a year.
