The Elgar Birthplace Museum is located in the beautiful countryside on the edge of Worcester and houses a nationally important collection related to the life and times of one of England’s most celebrated composers. This house, where the man was born, has been preserved and restored in order to offer visitors a chance to see how the young Elgar would have lived. Within the house are manuscripts, music scores, personal possessions and memorabilia associated with the composer.
