Walk around the family-owned vineyards at Paunton Court and read all about the varieties of vines grown here from the information boards. The Model Vineyard is where eight different types of vine grow using a range of training techniques. The planting of Frome Valley vines begun in 1992 and was completed in 1995 and there are now around 4,000 vines covering four acres. There is an opportunity to try the wines produced at Frome Valley Vineyard in the Tasting Room.
