This mill and museum celebrate a piece of history and technology that would have once been important and pivotal in the local community. The importance of this type of mill has waned since the invention of more powerful power sources and heavier grade industry. It is however interesting to look at a fine example like this, and learn about how it worked and what it was like to be involved with such a process.
