The Jewry Wall is one of the most famous pieces of architecture in Leicester and represents an original Roman wall that has survived over two thousand years of change in the area. The museum is located adjacent to the wall and explores the history of Leicester and its development as a city from pre-historic times. With reference to archaeological samples and other artefacts, the museum brings history to life.
