This thirteenth Century tithe barn is one of the largest and finest in the country and can be found in the lovely village of Middle Littleton, near Evesham, Worcestershire. This barn is a National Trust building. A tithe barn was a type of barn used in England in the Middle Ages for storing the tithes - a tenth of the farm's produce which had to be given to the church.
