Minster Pool is the perfect place to watch the world go by or feed the ducks. It runs from Dam Street to Beacon Street where visitors can make the short walk from the Cathedral to Beacon Park alongside the pretty enclosed pool. It is also just a short walk from the various tearooms situated in historic Dam Street. A new arts centre is proposed for the waterfront here, which will enjoy the tantalising glimpse of the Cathedral spires on the far side of the pool.
