This particular stretch of 110-mile long Nene Way runs between the town of Rushden and Stanwick Lakes, a country park situated in the village of Stanwick. The paths alongside the River Nene are perfect for walking, dog walking, cycling and running and offer some spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Fishing can also be done from the banks of the river. The Nene Way runs in its entirety from Badby in the west of Northamptonshire to Sutton Bridge in Lincolnshire.
