Without a doubt, this is one of the most important collections of ceramics that exists in Britain. Two brothers, Ronald William and John Mason Raven, lovingly created it. Housed in trust at the University of Keele, it contains some of the most spectacular examples of ceramics in Staffordshire from the 19th Century through until the present day. In recent years, more pieces have been donated from across the region.
