Rushden Heritage Centre is located in the middle of this small community and has been established by a group of local volunteers and enthusiasts, keen to preserve the history of the area. The museum is made up of several major collections, each of which focuses on a different face of village life in history. One of the most popular is the archaeological section, bringing together pieces that have been excavated from across the region.
