The Rutland Railway Museum is located on nearly seven acres of land that would have once been part of the Midland Railways Network. Established in 1980, the museum is run by a group of volunteers and enthusiasts who have put together a unique collection of rolling stock and engines that celebrate the transport history of the area. Visitors are invited to walk through carriages and admire wagons and locomotives whilst they are being restored.
