This visitor centre is housed in an original 19th Century pottery that has been carefully preserved and restored to the exact state in which it would have originally operated. At the heart of the museum, visitors can look at a bottle kiln amongst many other pottery related artefacts, many of which were used when the pottery was in full time use. A series of models, films and interactive exhibits help to bring the history and heritage of the building to life.
