St Bartholomew's Church
Notgrove, Gloucestershire GL54 3BT - England, UK

Map
The site of St Bartholomew’s Church almost certainly dates back to Roman Britain. A Saxon church once stood here and before that probably a Roman cemetery. The current church is largely Norman with medieval and later additions. Features that have survived a Victorian restoration by Cutts include an old stone cross, a Tudor south doorway, a Gothic tower and a fine Norman font. The tapestry on the East wall was completed much later in 1954.
