This is an extremely beautiful village church with a very peaceful atmosphere. It dates from the Twelfth century with later additions. It is prized for the quality of its Romanesque sculpture with many decorative carvings. Of particular interest is the medieval Font. Its goblet-shaped bowl is divided into four panels on which are four carvings, of a saint holding a church, a bishop holding a crozier in each hand, a cross with a radiant dove above it, and a flowery scroll. It is open in daylight and well worth exploring.
