The church of St Margaret is mainly Norman with its massive tower being of an unusual design both outside and inside. The font is 600 years old with a flat 17th century cover and the three bells were hung during the 16th Century. Flowers and an Abbot with his crosier are depicted in some fragments of old stained glass in the medieval windows. The arcaded pulpit, altar table and some wall panelling are 17th Century. Outside the church is a 14th Century cross.
