This old church lies in the heart of the city. Many generations have worshipped here and left their mark on its fabric. Here you see a tall Tudor east window. At the opposite end of the church a Norman doorway faces the street. In between is a 14th-century tower with delicate tracery. Inside you will find monuments to the great and good including brasses to John and Joan Cooke, founders of the Crypt Grammar School.
