The church in Collington, dedicated to St Mary, is a small structure built in the Early English style of architecture and consists of a nave and chancel. It was erected in 1856 by A.E. Perkins. The old church, which was inconveniently situated at the far end of the parish, was pulled down, with its replacement costing about £700. An interesting feature is the 13th Century font which is octagonal in shape and but for the pointed arches could pass for Norman.
