Edwin Ralph church is mainly 13th Century, with an earlier Norman window and doorway. The tower, with its shingled spire houses several monuments, probably moved from the tomb recesses in the chancel; a 13th Century husband and wife, a miniature 14th Century effigy of a lady and a 14th Century husband with two wives. An incised slab to Maud de Edefin grants sixty days pardon to anyone saying a Paternoster and an Ave for her soul. The lancet window in the West wall glows red in the setting sun.
