The Warden's Way is a 14-mile footpath from Bourton-on-the-Water to Winchcombe. It passes along the string of historic villages that straddle the River Windrush. Among the prettiest in the Cotswolds, they are Naunton, Upper Slaughter and Lower Slaughter, while Guiting Power, also on the route, occupies a position above the river valley. The Warden’s Way forms a loop with the Windrush Way and it connects the Oxfordshire Way to the Cotswold Way.
