Growing up in the Highlands of Scotland would be a very different proposition to growing up in a major city, especially in times gone by, before telephones and computers made the world smaller. This museum of childhood examines the way that children have lived in this area and the way that childhood has changed more generally as the world has developed and attitudes with it.
