Tain Museum allows visitors to take a journey through time, experiencing the rich and interesting past of this area of the country. An ancient Royal burgh in the northern reaches of the Highlands, the community has been isolated from many of the changes of larger communities. The exhibitions include an extensive photograph archive, tools used historically for agriculture and local trades, as well as an exploration of architecture in Scotland.
