Situated within an old church in the beautiful coastal village of Portmahomack, this museum reveals the story of the uncovering of the ancient treasures of the Tarbat peninsula. There is a series of interactive and entertaining exhibits that bring to life the science behind the dig, and the way that the team uncovered many valuable artefacts. Many of these pieces are well-preserved and are on display in cases on the site.
