Alfred Munnings lived a great deal of his life in this large and spacious property close to the River Thames and the King's Road in Chelsea. A great lover of horses and art, Munnings was lucky enough to be able to combine his passions into a career. He quickly, along with Stubs, became known as one of the best known painters of horses and equestrian scenes in the world. Still to this day his paintings are enjoyed by millions in galleries across the world.
