Baden Powell House was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1962, and is one of the most important buildings associated with the Boy Scout movement. Although originally the building was designed as a place where members of the society and their families could stay, in recent times it has been opened to the public. It contains some interesting information on the boy scouts and what they do around the world.
