The Brown Bear was once a pub, and in September 2001 it was turned into this interesting gallery at the heart of Deptford in South London. The gallery has quickly built up a reputation for showing quality art, and giving a fair chance to local talents in the pursuit of their artistic dreams. There are regular group exhibitions on show at the gallery, in which the main gallery changes on a regular basis.
