This church combines a Methodist church with a retreat for people who wish to explore their spirituality outside of the normal church arena. Built of red brick, the building features a large red cross on the front, and is quite distinctive from the surrounding buildings. The retreat is known for its annual ‘quiet days’ that allow people to explore their faith within a totally silent and tranquil environment. It is one of six retreat groups within the UK.
