Betts Park is a large piece of publicly owned parkland within the large south London suburb of Norwood. The area is quite diverse and offers a range of outdoor activities. There are sports pitches where throughout the year cricket, football and rugby area played. The majority of the park however is left for the local people and visitors to simply enjoy a pastoral scene with trees, shrubs and flowers away from the busy city streets.
