There has been a Baptist Christian community operating in this area for over 140 years. This relatively modern facility is home to a large and welcoming Christian congregation who meet on a regular basis to share in prayer and worship. The members of the church are keen to take a a leading role in the affairs of the community as well as observe their religious practices and therefore organise charity drives and social outreach projects.
