Brook Wood is a small area of ancient woodland located on the edge of Hayes in south London. The area has been preserved and protected by the local community for many years. The result has been a fascinating natural environment which is full of wildlife and plant life that one normally wouldn’t find so close to the centre of a major metropolitan city such as London.
