This is the largest outdoor market in London and attracts over 100,000 visitors every week. The stalls sell a wide variety of goods ranging from clothing, jewellery and accessories to ethnic goods, foodstuffs and unusual gifts. The market is the centrepiece of Camden Town, a vibrant and colourful community just north of central London. On weekends the market can become extremely busy and it is worth noting that for the safety of passengers Camden Town tube station operates an entry only policy on Saturday and Sunday, therefore it is best to use Chalk Farm station.

Whenever we're up near Camden we take great pleasure ensuring we have a little detour, we love this market place it's vibrant and accepts not only the locals but actually bring in tourists from other countries. That's a remarkable effort for any market but other country's get the same effect, like Vienna's Naschmarkt.
You can buy almost anything at Camden Market from Caribbean food to Oriental gifts and many items are home made and if it's just fresh fruit and veg that you're after, they have that too. A great market place with lots of spirit.
