Charlton Park is on the edge of the south east London suburb of Woolwich close to Charlton. The large sprawling park has been a popular place for local people and visitors to escape the busy streets of the capital for many years. The park is well equipped with sports pitches for both summer and winter pursuits. The majority of people simply use the park as a pastoral environment in which to relax.
