Housed in the architecturally fascinating ‘Old Town Hall’ in the heart of Chelsea, Chelsea Library is far more than a room full of books. This facility has a regular turnover of exhibits in its galleries, a costume collection and a range of resources related to the history of the area and many of the colourful characters that have frequented it. The library also offers an extensive collection of fiction, non-fiction, CDs and DVDs for hire.
