This crooked old house is located close to The Globe Theatre on the southern banks of the River Thames. It was inhabited by the great architect Sir Christopher Wren whilst he oversaw the building of St. Paul's Cathedral which stands almost directly opposite on the north bank of the river. Wren is without doubt one of the most famous names in world architecture and his works grace some of the finest cities across the country and Europe.
