Map
Owned and operated by English Heritage, Coombe Conduit is made of two small Tudor buildings that are connected by an underground tunnel system. The tunnel was once used to supply water to Hampton Court Palace from this site during Tudor times. The buildings are an impressive example of late Tudor architecture, well preserved, and offering a stark contrast to the surrounding South London sprawl.
