Charles Robert Cockerell, better known simply by his first two initial was a n English architect of some note, working in the 19th Century. HE was responsible for some of the finest structures around Britain including the front façade of the Fitzwiliam Musuem in Cambridge and the Bank of England in Liverpool. He lived a great deal of his life in this fine house opposite Regent's Park in central London.
