Donald McGill's House
5 Bennett Park, Blackheath, London SE3 - England, UK

Map
Donald McGill lived much of his adult life in this charming house in a quiet residential street at the very heart of the small suburb of Blackheath in south east London. McGill was famous in the late Victorian era and 20th Century for his graphic designs, especially the traditional English ‘saucy seaside postcard’ which he is associated with heavily. Such controversy these items caused in Victorian times that for a time they were banned.
