East Ham Nature Reserve is a tranquil oasis of calm; close to several of the major A roads that lead out of East London into Essex. Set in a ten-acre churchyard with more than eight hundred years of history, this reserve is a great place for the whole family to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. One of the largest churchyards in Britain, the grounds belong to the remains of the magnificent St Mary’s Norman church.
