Situated outside the main walls of Greenwich Park close to Blackheath the Bandstand is a beautiful architectural feature. The Bandstand has historically been used for entertainment in the park during the summer months for the many local people and visitors who enjoy the pastoral scene every year. The bandstand is used less today than it used to be but is still an important part of the heritage in the park.
