Opened in 1881 Hamley’s was for many years the largest toyshop in the world. Named after William Hamley who opened a toyshop called ‘Noah’s Ark’ in High Holborn London, the shop has always been synonymous with quality and excellence in children’s toys. People travel from around the world to this enormous store on five levels that takes up a huge area of Regent Street in the heart f London’s west end. The shop is innovative and leads the way in new toy designs and products.
