This church has always suffered from its position, tucked away behind its much larger and grander Catholic counterpart, The London Oratory. The Anglican community in Brompton built holy Trinity in 1826 at a cost of nearly £11,000. Designed by architect Thomas Leverton Donaldson in a ‘Commissioners Gothic’ style. Although nowhere near as grandiose in design as its immediate neighbour this church has interesting internal features and a friendly and lively congregation.
