Ickenham has a miniature railway, which is open to the public on the first Saturday of every month. Its church, St Giles, dates back to the 14th Century. The Pump, donated by Charlotte Gell in 1866, was in use until 1914. The biennial Ickenham Festival is held in the grounds of a 17th Century Jacobean mansion.
