This sculpture was created by well-known contemporary artist John Ravera and paid for by a local housing development company. Situated on the south bank of the River Thames next to Battersea Bridge the piece is meant to represent unity between the people of London and offers a message of piece. Ravera has works exhibited across the world and is one of the nations greatest living sculptors.
