Islington Green is one of the oldest and most well used green areas in the leafy London Borough of Islington. For centuries the green has been the focus of public life in the area, a place of trading, meeting, rest, relaxation and community events. Still today the green is well used by locals and visitors and makes up one of the centrepieces of the local area.
