The Jerwood Space is a project run by the Jerwood Foundation, and is a multi purpose venue that encompasses a gallery, rehearsal space, and café. The Jerwood Foundation aims to help out new and innovative artists across a variety of mediums. The Jerwood Space itself is housed in a converted Victorian School, and is leased out to various companies at reduced rates, paid for by the Foundation. There is also a 2,600 square foot gallery, which hosts an ever-changing array of exhibitions.
