This interesting piece of art was created by Enzo Plazotta, a well known sculptor who has works exhibited in galleries across the world. The statue is one of the few pieces of public art in this area and was acquired by the local authority in order to give life and depth to the river bank walk that you can enjoy past Millbank towards Westminster.
