Kensington Temple at the heart of Notting Hill has a colourful and interesting history. Once known as Horbury Chapel and opened in 1849 the church has passed through many hands throughout the years before finally becoming known as the Kensington Chapel in the early 20th Century. It is a beautiful place of sanctuary and worship for its many committed parishioners who herald from across the London social spectrum.
