The Living Space Project is part of the Cross River Partnership, which aims to provide more facilities for people living in the Cross River area and the London community as a whole. Living Space is an eco friendly development, with features such as a green covered roof and solar panels. The main part of the site is an Internet Café, which operates not only commercially but also as a social enterprise, and gives people training and advice. The site also provides services for young people, including an adventure play area and a sports pitch.
