Louis Kossuth’s House
39 Chepstow Gardens, Notting Hill, London W11 2EW - England, UK

Map
Louis Kossuth is one of the most famous names in Hungarian history. He lived for a period in this fine house in Notting Hill whilst working as ambassador of Hungary to London. However he was far better known in his capacity as a writer, journalist and fierce patriot of the Hungarian nation. He was quite controversial in the way that he denied the existence of the Slovak nation, making a hero to many, but a villain to others.
