The New Malden Methodist Church is closely linked with the local Korean community and draws a great many of its parishioners from the eastern community living in the northern Surrey borough. The church itself is a red brick affair, probably built by the late Victorians and added to in the early 20th Century. The church has a large and ethnically varied congregation who like to take a leading role in community affairs.
