The building in which this museum is housed is steeped in history and was constructed in 1504 as the English headquarters of the Crusading Knights. The display is made up of an impressive collection of precious artefacts that have been collected from around the world. These include a bronze cannon that was given to Henry VII, armour worn by knights in Rhodes and Malta and illuminated pictures of many monarchs.
